The relationship between students' demographic attributes and level of Ambition Among Nursing Students

Objective(s): This study aims to assess the relationship between students' demographic attributes and level of AmbitionAmong Nursing Students. Methodology: A quantitative descriptive analytic using an assessment approach with questionnaire items is conducted Students for periods November.2021 june.2022. Participants were informed that their participation was voluntary in study. The purpose benefits explained by researcher. After they agreed participate study, anonymous published students present convenient sample (N=300) collegian selected through use a convenient, non-probability sampling approach. distributed at college nursing university Baghdad department Al- Hadi college. self-report (level ambition scale) developed from literature, assessing among students. completing required approvals, data collected questionnaire. Results: Results indicate 55.7% show moderate (109.45±10.393). Conclusion: Age can be predisposing factor as concluded there significant Correlation Ambition. Recommendation: recommended develop university’s students’ abilities increase awareness about importance role society so do not fall successive frustrations feelings alienation affect ambition.
